EVERY TRADE WE WILL SEE THIS SEASON: TRADE 2 (MID NOVEMBER)
MIAMI HEAT GET: Troy Daniels and T.J. Warren
PHOENIX SUNS GET: Tyler Johnson
After missing out on Jimmy Butler, the Miami Heat decide to get a solid scorer and keep the majority of their core together. This gives the Heat some good wing depth and helps them save some money for a team that isn’t on the championship contender level. Their overall defensive ability should help mask Warren’s flaws well, too.
The Phoenix Suns need a veteran who can play point guard and Tyler Johnson’s abilities seem like they could mold into a good fit with the Suns. They have so many good players that will dip into Warren’s minutes that they would be better served using him to get the point guard that he could land.
